What Is the Cheapest Sandals Resort?

Savvy couples looking for an affordable all-inclusive vacation in the Caribbean often ask, what is the cheapest Sandals resort? The answer to that question varies somewhat, as we’ll explain in this article.

While the rates for the luxurious adults-only all-inclusive Sandals resorts fluctuate throughout the year, the cheapest Sandals resort is usually Sandals Ochi, in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Other cheap Sandals resorts are currently Sandals South Coast and Sandals Negril in Jamaica, as well as Sandals Regency La Toc in St. Lucia and Sandals Grande Antigua.

However, you can often find great deals and discounts that can make a more expensive Sandals resort cheaper, so it pays to check for those.

Even the Cheapest Sandals Resort Offers Tons of Inclusions

It’s important to note that the main inclusions don’t change, regardless of whether you are at the cheapest Sandals resort or not.

Every Sandals stay includes all of your meals and snacks at all of the dining options onsite; unlimited nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverages at all of the restaurants and bars onsite.

A huge assortment of watersports including snorkeling, paddleboarding, kayaking, and Hobie Cat sailing (with equipment and instruction) plus more depending on the resort. Scuba diving for certified divers is included as well as land activities like tennis, beach volleyball, and pool.

Plus, if you choose Club or Butler-level accommodations, you will get extras. These include concierge service and access to a special lounge for Club level, and 24-hr personal butler service for Butler level.

Why is there such a range in prices at Sandals resorts?

There are multiple reasons why some Sandals resorts are cheaper. These include:

  • Some are older than others
  • Some islands are cheaper than others
  • Some flights are easier than others
  • Some are located further away from the airport
  • Some have smaller beaches compared to the resort size

However, the newest resorts will often have special rates when they first open, so keep an eye out for those.

Cheapest Sandals Resorts Ranked by Price

Sandals Ochi, Ocho Rios, Jamaica
