Location
Sandals South Coast is located on the southwestern shore of Jamaica. It is about 90 minutes away from the Sangster International Airport which makes the journey there a little longer than other Sandals Resorts in Jamaica but well worth it considering the nature preserve surroundings. All airport transfer shuttles are included.
Within the resort, the Rondoval village is on the far end of the resort, offering seclusion when you want it but still with access to the entire resort if you are looking for a more lively atmosphere.
Rondoval Accommodation Specifics
Designed with privacy in mind, the Rondoval Village at Sandals South Coast is a perfect accommodation option for couples wanting luxury above the average room but not wanting to commit to the cost of an overwater bungalow.
The Rondovals are butler suites surrounded by lush gardens and access to a river pool just outside the private deck.
When you walk in you will find a king-sized bed and living area in the main spacious living space.
Behind the bedroom is a spa like bathroom featuring his & her bath vanities, a makeup mirror, plush robes, and slippers. The bathrooms are equipped with a solid stone soaking tub and separate, walk-in shower.
Just outside the doors of the Rondovals, there is a private pool and patio, along with two curved beach chairs overlooking the public luxury river pool.
Other features include air conditioning, an outdoor shower, and smart tv along with a fully stocked bar, coffee and tea maker, and 24-hour butler room service.
Why Choose the Rondoval?
Personally, we loved our stay in the Rondovals. It’s great to have access to the private plunge pool and the larger river pool which feels private too. The butler service was amazing especially for breakfast and coffee each morning.
The suite itself and the outdoor areas are spacious and we loved all the amenities like the outdoor shower and other features.
I recommend the Rondoval suite for anyone that has the budget for it.

The Rondovals at Sandals South Coast cost around $635 per person, per night so for a week’s stay it will cost around 11,000+ USD. This cost does not include airfare.

Additionally, there is a room service menu you can order from and you can always ask your butler for anything from any restaurant.
Recently, the resort added two new food trucks which are perfect for lunch that include a taco truck and chicken fingers.
In the next year, Sandals will be bringing Blum Coffee, the Rum Bar, and Butches Steakhouse to the resorts.

Sandals South Coast is an all-inclusive resort, meaning, all dining, alcohol, taxes, tips, and airport transfers are included. Along with this convenience, Sandals South Coast also has several facilities and activities at the resort that are all-inclusive as well. Fitness centers, land sports like pickleball or tennis, water sports like scuba diving, paddleboarding, or snorkeling, are all complimentary to guests. The resort also has nightly entertainment and several pools to choose from.
Extra-cost amenities like massages at the Red Line Spa or excursions off the resort are also available.
