Beaches Resorts are coming to The Bahamas! The recent Beaches Exuma announcement by the Chairman of Sandals Resorts, which owns Beaches, stated that they are working with the government of the islands to convert the previous Sandals Emerald Bay into Beaches Exuma.

They will use much of the existing resort, which is set on a breathtakingly beautiful beach in the quiet Out Islands, but will add the family-friendly amenities and accommodations that Beaches Resorts are famous for. These include villa suites with multiple bedrooms.

Beaches Exuma will also feature a Kids Camp, teen and tween areas, a splash park, a full-service spa, and 12 restaurants. The 18-hole Emerald Bay Golf Course, which was designed by Greg Norman, will still be part of the resort and included in your rate.
