Can you make chicken bacon ranch stuffed peppers ahead of time?
This is one of those recipes that works well for freezing. Make a double batch and put one in the freezer for later. Great to take for a potluck or to a friend that is in need of a break from cooking because they are sick or are a new Mom that is a bit tired.
Do I have to boil my peppers before stuffing them?
This is purely a preference situation. I do not boil mine first, but my grandmother did. She called it blanching and I didn’t know what that meant or how to do it until recently. When making this recipe, I prefer to save time and bake the peppers at the same time.

Covering your chicken bacon ranch stuffed peppers with foil for the first 30 minutes helps to keep them moist and the flavors in.
