Beaches Turks & Caicos Rooms and Suites
There are a lot of different room and suite options to choose from at Beaches Turks & Caicos, including plenty of large accommodations that are perfect for families. Among the 758 rooms and suites, you’ll find oceanfront, poolside, beachfront, and garden-view settings.
All Beaches Turks & Caicos rooms have private patios or balconies. Concierge suites come with concierge and room service. Butler suites come with personal butler service and 24-hour in-room dining.
The newest area is the Treasure Beach Village, right along the beach with a huge zero-entry lagoon pool. It opens in spring 2026 and will feature a variety of room types including 2-bedroom/2-bath suites as well as 3-bedroom/3-bathroom suites. Centrally located, the Caribbean Village also includes the Seaside Village, which contains the rooms that are closest to the beach. Some of the most affordable rooms at Beaches Turks & Caicos can be found here, such deluxe double rooms with private patios and two double beds plus a single sleep chair. There are also penthouse butler suites and two-bedroom luxury butler suites with partial ocean views.
The Key West Village is a quiet area with all concierge or butler level accommodations. It features a range of room sizes from 1-bedroom rooms to 3- and 4-bedroom 3-story villas with separate living rooms, full kitchens, large bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, and outdoor spaces. You can choose either garden view or beachfront. The 4-bedroom oceanfront villa is the largest room at Beaches Turks & Caicos, and features a private pool.
The French Village is the furthest from the beach, set behind the waterpark. Room choices here include double and king luxury rooms, luxury walkout rooms with garden and pool views, and one-, two-, and three-bedroom concierge suites. Rates are less than some of the other villages, as none of these rooms has an ocean view.
The Italian Village is centrally located and just steps from the beach. Some of the best rooms here are the 2-bedroom beachfront walkout suites that have separate living rooms, two oversized patios, a bar area with a microwave and a refrigerator, a dining table, and bathrooms with whirlpool tubs and rain showers. These come with personal butler service and 24-hour inroom dining.
